Morning. going or a walk this morning. i took the kick ass sleeping tablet last night but still took me two and a half hours to get off
not sure about my friend. was just shocked yesterday. i knew something was up. i think he's got pneumonia. sounds harmless but he's pretty disabled and i am just so worried about him. i listened to music loads in the night but still coudnt get any emotion out.
In the past i would have drank large amounts of vodka
at least i didn't do that

startypoo we went "trineo" (dog sledging) in Sierra Nevada, Granada, when we lived in Marbella.

was fantastic the children loved it and the guide was teaching them the comands for the huskies, so they could call faster and stop...truly lovely, where is he??

Before I get going this morning just a quick post to Janners.

It's been said time after time that to help Ollie you have to get yourself sorted out. You say that your not drinking but my understanding of AA is that it's not about stopping the drink it's staying stopped.

You're lucky that you speak Spanish and I'm absolutely positive you'll find like minded people with very similar problems. Give it a go, what have you got to loose.

There are two sets of AA.. one in english & in spanish as I'm sure you can imagine theres bundles of expat alkies living here and in all parts of europe..

I went two seperate times to meetings.... the first I wasn't honest and truly on the road and din't help at all just depressed me

the second time I went I was truly trying .....first thing I did when I came out after the serendipty holding hands shite....was go and have three very big vodkas...and fall into bed pissed and depressed

the best support I found is here..

but it's each to their own and what helps you best..and for me YOU here are the best for me...:h

First off Hiya super Mario..:l

Be honest they are not for me..especially at the moment..

Ollie is being a nightmare again.. there's a week off school coz of carnaval....I waz gonna take him.. would've spent about 120 euros at least going..all of which I can't afford as he doesn't let me work...
plus just had to send emergency 100 plus charges 18 euros to my Jamie in scotland coz somebody cloned his card and he had no food or gas etc,etc..so stupid mummy western unioned it to him....

I'm in a bad place at the moment..Ollie is being soo soo naughty, nasty and violent...

Don't know what to say to this jan as all of it has been said already, You have to make your choice and a stand and go for it,No matter what way you go about getting this huge problem settled its not going to be easy.
