      Howiyis folks,

Sun shining here, crisp day. Feel really sad about Lau, she was a lovely lady and very funny too.

I plan on scrubbing my house today, have been out the past 3 nights in a row which is unheard of for a hermit like me, looking forward to some downtime

Hi again, yes JC I was glad to get my check, even though I knew it would be ok, it was good when it came!

I did my first volunteer driving thing yesterday, took an old lady to hospital and sat with her in the waiting room cos she was nervous she wouldn't hear her name called. Good job I did cos she didn't hear it, was like bedlam in there. Poor old soul has terrible arthritis, is deaf and now her eyes are going and she was so lovely.

I hope I get to take her again. She was a poppet.

Jan hope your hand is ok, sounds like some fall :l

Hellllllllllllooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo ? Ok going to talk to my self :H
Satz having a great day. Body aching but in a 'good' way - in that I know I have worked my muscles.
Now prepare this is graphic stuff :
Damien (spawn of the Devil) really excelled himself in the torture department yesterday.
DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE. My legs are black & blue . Found some scar tissue & decided to
work to losen that. Jesus it was terrible pain.
When I was in labour many moons ago I decided that shouting, whining & making a fuss was a waste of time - just work through the pain with a bit odf decorum.
Not this time I was ROARING - he's lucky I didn't give him a dig in the solar plexus - but that would have caused ME more pain not him - feckin' freak !!!:upset:

I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.
