I fell asleep about 9:30 p.m. last night and got my requisite six hours by 3:30 a.m.

I hate banging around the condo in the middle of the night trying not to wake everyone else up. :-(

:lilflower::flower:Morning Army mild and springlike here at last. Well done on your success Tipps i never had noisy neighbours but we had a lot of ant-social behaviour when i first moved to the place i'm in now. Its calmed down but a lot of meetings and calls to the police etc. I was often kept awake with noisey drink/drug parties on the green nearby. The place you and mrsT went to looks amazing with lots to do and see. Got to get a load of washing on and more housework so i think i'm in most of the day. Slept till nearly 10 today but i stayed up late plus a long queque with the cats yesterday evening for vacinations. Another coffee to get me going.:cupajoe:

That's a bummer indeed. I dunno how you manage on 6 hours, though. I can do it for about three days running, and then I need (at least) a solid 8-hour sleep to function properly.

Tips, Six hours is my max. It is my body and a natural for me. But, the waking hours being two hours longer means I am very exhausted by evening. btw, Good news on the house front!!

unfortunately cindi I haven't actually stopped drinking yet... made a couple of attempts lately but I'm not exactly good at it xD
