    Hey Amigos

    If you are so inclined please send good vibes and energy my way. I am really struggling today with various issues. Trying to be strong but you know, every now and then it would be nice to have a shoulder to cry on.

    Wish I could just wave a wand and make it all go away for ya......but we both know that cant happen. I hope whatever is getting you down, will soon make a hasty exit, but mostly hope, that you can muster up the strength it will take, to tell that AL brain to go take a flying leap.


    Print one of these out and put it on your fridge! If you make it through the temptations, you sure deserve one. I know you can do it

        I quit drinking on March 8, 2020. Taking it One Day At A Time and no more taking my quit for granted.

        Also doing it for me. I got to stay sober for me.

        Just consecrate on today and do what you can to remain sober for today and worry about staying sober tomorrow, tomorrow.

                              I deeply appreciate all your help and offer of "shoulders". I'm better today. I have been looking into some treatment options, not because I want to drink. Just because I feel like a need more support and people to talk to face to face about this struggle.
                              I'm strong but maybe not that strong.
                              It's kind of weird, but maybe I'm needy enough still to want a pat on the back for doing well. Sometimes it just feels like ( other than you guys ) noone can appreciate what I'm going through. NOT to imply that every day is a white-knuckle struggle-it is not.
                              It's just that trying to find my way in a sober world can be daunting and sometimes I just don't know what to do with myself.

                              At any rate, as usual, you guys are there for me and I sure couldn't do this without this place.
