            Spent the night with some good friends, cause we were completely incapable of driving home (some sort of Schnapps concoction). Next morning at breakfast, we were asked by our host if we had slept well, as they had heard some "noises"...My husband grinned, and I turned to him and asked "We had sex???" No memory whatsoever. Coffee was snorted through multiple noses, and they still bring it up, just to tease me.
            Be kind, for everyone you meet is fighting a harder battle.

              Visiting the in-laws always stresses me and I drink too much.

              The most recent was my father-in-law's retirement party. We were at a nice restaurant surrounded by friends and family. I still cringe at some of the things I said. I was so depressed at the time (there was sobbing), but the worst was falling asleep (aka passing out), sitting up in my chair. Now I realize how stupid I looked; at the time I was glad I didn't fall out of the chair.

                Tumadre, more times than I care to count, I have woken up naked in my own bed, with my husband sound asleep beside me, with no memory of how or what happened the night before:shocked:

                  I have had that happen to me often. I always tell hubby was the best sex in a long time, even though I didn't remember a thing. Always have to give them an ego burst.

                    Oh, yes... on numerous occassions with my hubby too. He always had this perplexed look on his face when I asked if we had sex the next morning. I think maybe his ego was a little bruised when I couldn't remember how 'awesome' he apparently was! LOL

                          Yup, I too have woken up the next day and wasn't sure if we had sex. More embarassing though was when he told me I fell asleep during. Its really embaraasing to have to say - it was sleeping - I just passed out from too much wine.....

                            When I had a condo and was single I'd sit on the patio and smoke a big cigar and drink scotch.

                            One night I was very toasted and went out to have a big 1/2 hour cigar and took my glass and bottle of scotch out with me. About two hours later my neighbor was waking me up... I had six inches of snow on me!

                            I went indoors and had the shivers and a case of hypothermia!!! Dumb and stupid...

                              LOL at all of these. Paul, a lit cigarette? That is just disgusting......

                              The Oprah/Dr. Phil stories reminded me. Ugh. In our local paper the food editor did a story on the best sushi restaurants in town but did not include my favorite. Apparently I called her at work and left a long-winded message about how he should have been included. Honestly, no idea what I said to her. About a week later I get a call from her asking if she can use my name and comments in an upcoming sushi story!!!! At first I had no idea what she was talking about and I definitely had no idea what my quotes were going to be. I was so uptight the whole week waiting for the story to come out. Fortunately I did not say anything stupid but I have to say I did not express myself as well as I would have liked.

                              And Jen, as I recall you contributed a lot of funny ones on the other thread. I need to go look.

                                OMG....Have just remembered a really bad one...when my ex and i lived to gether i had rather to much to drink (for a change) anyways we were being intimate and i fell asleep while he was happily carrying on oblivious to my state. Well i had a dream that i had lost my mobile and woke all of a sudden in a mad panick shouting "wheres my phone"!!!! i tried to pretend that i hadnt been asleep but he didnt buy it....i had a lot of making uo to do after that one!!!! lol
