to answer your questions gyco is doing fine working again 5 days a week more or less with all the time i have in the company im almost part time at full time wages and yes i have 15 months and i retire from my job with my wife july 1st2013 maybe will even get over your way some time

gyco yes it is.... they say there are no coincidences, you know. I'll bet there are many lurkers who never posted but perhaps changed the way they live their life because of the exposure to this forum.

Seem to have pi55ed off my hamstring at the top and back of leg, so unless anyone has any miracle cures, my exercise regime is screwed for a few days .......
