Who read Jason Vales Book? Opinions Please!

I read it twice and it is a huge help in my struggle. What it changed for me is the self talk when I am attempting to abstain. I don't look at it as deprivation any more. Not saying I am where I want to be but as a tool, it rocks. I just ordered two hard copies as I only had the kindle version. One for my son when he finally hits rock bottom (can't force it on him until he asks) and one for me to keep on hand.

Giving up alcohol is huge and we can use all the tools at hand. This is a biggie.

I do this for my children, my grandchildren, my health, my peace of mind, and mostly for the opportunity to learn to live with my true, unfiltered, clear-headed, vulnerable self.

Jason seems to have copied Alan's work. My husband went to one of his stop smoking workshops when he worked for Alan all he was interested in was selling his book "The Juicemaster" along with a very expensive juice machine. That's why its so hard to evaluate info off they web.. it all sounds great then you find out more. It's all about making money, this site included
