Hi Lori....
Open your reply box and click on the paperclip icon nect to the smily, a box will open in top left hand side where you need to browse to find your picture from your pc, then press upload, when it is uploaded close the box, click on the paperclip again and select the picture.
It won't show the actual pic until you preview.
Hope i've explained it correctly ...

click on black paper clip
click on browse
select picture from your computer
click upoad
close window
click black paper clip again
you will see the attachement
click on it
it will insert picture in text box
you won't see it until you post it
