Bridge that recipe looks great, its kind of an added version of one I'm doing at the moment which just has heaps of rice, spinach, masses of garlic, heaps of feta and parmesan and eggs. You bake it like a slice and serve it with tomato passata and more parmesan. Just might give your one a whirl.

I am flying economy but we get 30g each and it is just me and the kids. My parents are insisting that we just bring chocolate and buy everything else there. They are already shopping and decorating in anticipation of our arrival.

Hubby already has another job lined up, someplace remote but not sure yet. He loves it but I would hate if I had to move out to a mining town with the kids.

Also sauteed free range chicken with juice of a lime, paprika and a Frog sized bee's dick of light sour cream, and very small amount of chicken stock. MAN it was nice.....
Time for shower and bed for this little black duck.....then off to plot and scheme adventures for tomorrow.

Morning Undies and hi to Sammi! up and into it...

Nestled up last night in my jammies with tea and an organic seed catalogue and then had to race out to locust sport. Who does that at 8.30 at night? Apparently, sober people can, and do.

Had the weirdest thing with giraffes the other night. Why in gods name I am still a part of this I do not know. I think I will just put it all down to a learning experience...
