Morning all, and G'day Sammi!
Here's a great inspirational spiel on giving away the grog posted by Unwasted on the Newbies thread. I found it a beaut read, so posting it here thinking others will too. It's from an addiction style website (spiritual river?) i'm sure, as i've read it before. Thanks UW!

Grey sky's here, but you there in the cheap seats, and me here slaying them in the aisles, know that just above em, are blue ones.

Not getting much MWO time at the moment -
busy with house painting, office moving and report writing. Also our choir concert is tomorrow - I'm really looking forward to that, but it will be good to have a bit more free time in the evenings again!

What colour are you going on the house Missy?
Hi Techie!
Missy I want colour updates too. Now that all the internals of the house are white and liveable I would like to splurge stuff around. See what I can get away with. And then theres the outside....something different called for me thinks.
Half an hour in the garden - bliss.
Now checking out flights to Wellington for locust...

Just read through the article too Bridge. I vaguely remember reading it at some stage this last year. Its funny how you read or experience things at different times in your life and you either get it or you dont. I am beginning to "get it". Particularly the honesty and gratitude parts. I hope. Anyway its an interesting read and worth taking the time for.

There's some old books on my shelf that I've discovered during the great declutter of 2012. Don't even remember buying them. They're ideal for right now. How oddIf your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Happy, I obviously missed something - what is locust coming to Wellington for??
I called a POETs as well ..... its been a long week and I had got to the point of being unproductive, so I'm home looking up recipes for using up tomatoes and green beans which are so cheap at the moment that we have bought mountains of them. I'm a bit bored with tomato/bean/fetta/basil salad. Just found a turkish tomato and bean soup that I might try .......
House is going to be Resene "Quarter Joss". It wasn't my first choice, but we have three owners to satisfy (three townhouses on the property) and as far as I'm concerned I'd rather be on good terms with the neighbours than have an argument about the color of the house. So quarter joss it shall be!!
By jiggers I'm tired! Think I shall quietly snore in front of a DVD once soup is made :-)Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn
