Hi there all. So sorry to hear about ill friends. Fortunately, I've been free from that heartbreak for some time. In case anyone was wondering, YES, I did overdo it a bit yesterday. I needed three motrin, the allure of fresh brewed coffee, and a fork lift to get upright this morning. The good news is the leg does feels good. I'm still using the bone growth stimulator (I know how that sounds) and I'm fairly pain free now.

Anyhow, I'm going to continue to do short hikes w/ minimal difficulty. No butt crawling down peaks for some time. No more triathlons for me. I will continue to bike ride and may join a local cycling club soon. I do need to keep in shape as I plan to cross the Victoria DMZ onto Frog property when I hit Australia :H

Other news, this is the 15th anniversary of the Phoenix Lights. Naturally, this jackass will be eyeballing the skies this evening. Later!

I also talk about my my fabulous Aussie mates on a regular basis. As I have worked a lot in Universities, I think all my friends here assume you to be erudite and scholarly historians, philosophers and scientists (and in the case of Raggsy, a theologian )

I am working at home now until our office has moved. It all got too much yesterday and I felt like throwing a hissy fit.

sorry Wally - didn't mean to do that. I eat smoked fish all the time and it is very nice and very healthy too!! I had it with avocados, cucumber, cherry tomatoes and lettuce with a dressing of dill-infused olive oil and lemon juice! Mr B added sour cream
