hi missy!!!
I just slice both into large chunks, drizzle over olive oil, scatter with garlic, roast for 20 mins. Easy & bloody tasty!!! Can't get enough of it, moi.
Oh & don't forget a good sprinkle of sea salt!

I love yer zuchinni's and peppers. Throw em on the barby in olive oil on a high heat for just a little while each side. Garnish at leisure. Very noice. Thanks for the reminder Cozzy!

Well, just back from a late arvo catch up with FLO RIDA, Grandmaster Flash, Charmaine Solomon, and Ricky Ponting at the Lo'Real fashion show. Designer Alex Perry wants me to endorse a bloody mens fragrance. He wants to call the stuff G-Wizz gentlemen's 'after 9'. We all had a great laugh before i realised he was actually serious. I said to him. Yeah, yeah, but what would it smell like? 'I'm not a big fan of yer cinnamon you know Alex', i cried. He just said the fragrance would reflect my personality and style, and walked away. I dunno. These fashion folk are really out there.
