V. happy that Mojo and Corrie are talking happily and regularly!!
I am at the far reaches of tiredness. Office is mostly packed up for the move on Monday. Mr B and I and I are working with the phone company technicians tomorrow to get all telecommunications stuff sorted so that we can be up and running at our new premises as soon as possible, but I still have a report to finish. And I tentatively put my hand up to say that I wasn't entirely happy with "quarter joss" as the paint color for our houses and received an overwhelming "thank dog someone said it" response from the neighbors. At the same time 1/3rd of my wedding outfit (the cami top) isn't working out well - trousers and jacket look lovely though!! And Mr B's boy wants us to go up to visit him on Sunday. I feel like I am trying to do things on too many fronts!!
I think I am at a point where my priorities are (a) ignore the bit of the wedding outfit that isn't working and wear a top that that isn't perfect but which will work ok (b) get the bike tyres pumped up so that Mr B, his boy, and I can cycle away from his school on Sunday and have a picnic beside the river (c) let my neighbor come up with other alternatives to quarter joss and (d) let Mr B handle the wiring stuff and finish my report as best I can. It is 80% there, and that 80% is pretty bloody good if I do say so myself!!
and (e) have an early night
Longer term - learn how to delegate and stop being a control freak and perfectionist
Sleep well undiesNever give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

Since this is a slow day in the drawer..thought you would like something to smile about :H
Latest update on Cinderella
Cinderella is now 95 years old.
After a fulfilling life with the now dead prince,
she happily sits upon her rocking chair, watching
the world go by from her front porch, with a cat
named Bob for companionship.
One sunny afternoon out of nowhere, appeared the
fairy godmother.
Cinderella said, 'Fairy Godmother, what are you
doing here after all these years'?
The fairy godmother replied, 'Cinderella, you have
lived an exemplary life since I last saw you. Is there
anything for which your heart still yearns?'
Cinderella was taken aback, overjoyed, and after some thoughtful consideration, she uttered her first wish:
'The prince was wonderful, but not much of an investor.
I'm living hand to mouth on my disability cheques, and I wish I were wealthy beyond comprehension. Instantly her rocking chair turned into solid gold.
Cinderella said, 'Ooh, thank you, Fairy Godmother'
The fairy godmother replied, 'It is the least that I can do.
What do you want for your second wish?'
Cinderella looked down at her frail body, and said,
'I wish I were young and full of the beauty and youth I once had.'
At once, her wish became reality, and her beautiful
young visage returned. Cinderella felt stirrings inside her that had been dormant for years.
And then the fairy godmother spoke once more:
'You have one more wish; what shall it be?'
Cinderella looks over to the frightened cat in the
corner and says, 'I wish for you to transform Bob,
my old cat, into a kind and handsome young man.'
Magically, Bob suddenly underwent so fundamental
a change in his biological make-up that, when he stood before her, he was a man so beautiful the likes of him neither she nor the world had ever seen.
The fairy godmother said, 'Congratulations, Cinderella, enjoy your new life.'
With a blazing shock of bright blue electricity,
the fairy godmother was gone as suddenly as she appeared.
For a few eerie moments,
Bob and Cinderella looked into each other's eyes.
Cinderella sat, breathless, gazing at the most beautiful, stunningly perfect man she had ever seen.
Then Bob walked over to Cinderella, who sat transfixed in her rocking chair, & held her close in his young muscular arms.
He leaned in close, blowing her golden hair with his warm breath as he whispered...
'Bet you're sorry now that you cut my nuts off'

Good morning lazy bums.
Don't you get the best sleep when you're dog tired.
I'm up and ready to irritate.
Missions abound today, and I will have to take a trip to the medium big place which scares me a bit. Jeez I could never live in the middle of Sydney again:upset: So glad I did all of these big scarey things while I was young.
What are our missions today Undies? If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

Morning Bridge,
Yep - I like that dead-tired sleep and I rooly. rooly like doing the windows!
Going off the place for a 50th b'day bash tomorrow night - should be good with live band. Funny - the same woman went ape shit when she turned 40 but seems to be handling this with grace. Good job because there's sweet FA she can do about it.
Grey and overcast here this morning.
Be happy, Undies.

Pottering today...sent out loads of stuff yesterday and waiting for it to return in the way of more work...Little locust is back today - hooray...and I will suffer the celebatory Hungry Jacks when he gets here...cant wait really...And have to take big locust to city for another comedy show with friends of his...so we might have a quiet couples dinner, just Mr Happs and myself while we play taxi drivers. Just quietly nice.
