It has been a little while here I think. I am more of a lurker these days. So where to start......

Missy....sorry to hear about your accident and hope you have a good trip.

Tawny.......just drooled when I saw your wood, I really miss my woodburner and 4 fireplaces in my last home.

Technie.....cute dog, and a famous one too. My mute is off to be pampered tomorrow so I must take a photo of him in all his fluffy glory. He is a border collie cross with a kelpie.......very cute but very very immature.

Went out for dinner last night with hubby. Everything seems to be going well here apart from the tension about heading home..........due to living here for so long I am way too independent to easily fit into a family that likes to pull me in different directions. I asked my Mother to do 1 thing for me when I get home and she went and did the complete opposite - does not auger well for the rest of the trip.

Mojo - my husband stills drinks but to support me he drinks AL that I wouldn't like or normally drink. Right now he is really into cider which I wouldn't drink no matter how desperate I am. Last night he drunk guinness, another yuck for me. That is our compromise.

Hiya Jan, sorry you're having sleep probs. I'm really glad you're back on track. You fought so hard to get Ollie back and you DID IT! I remember how overjoyed we all were, when after months of going to 'the place' to visit him, he was finally able to come home. I'm not really sure what the current state of play is but I truly hope you can get some help for Ollie and more importantly, revert to the strong woman you know you can be. My best wishes to you.
