I have chicken thigh fillets and black beans in multitudes, has any actually cooked with these two together...

I have had a most fascinating day which consisted of getting up at 5:30, putting on my big, heavy steel capped safety boots, driving to a place that I'm doing some work with, being dressed up in neck to ankle overalls (made for blokes - getting out of them to have a pee was a challenge that rivalled a half hour session at the gym!), safety glasses (over my specs), hard-hat, and gloves, driving into the wop-wops, walking up a couple of large hills in said gear and in 24 degree temps and observing some work crews. Thank dog I remembered to take water!! Just got home, am totally buggared and just drank an entire 1.5 litre bottle of diet tonic! An I probably smell, but thankfully no-one is here where I am staying to know it

Bridge can you send some cake my way - I'm in serious sugar deprivation mode :H

Going to immerse myself in nice smelly things for a wee bit and then have a snooze on the couch

Not sure what LLD is but I think I just enjoyed it!! I am clean and moisturised and hydrated! And feeling like I am not offending anyone's olfactory senses!!
