Mr G. Yeah, I'm watching the AL. Had 6 of Mr Coopers Sparkling Ale, and looked shit this morning but not hung over..... hmmm does that mean I still have AL tolerance? .
It is the thinking/thought process that would concern me young lady. For me, dabbling with the occassional drink will open the door to a slippery slope soon enough. You've got far better coping strategy's within you.

So I need to learn from him.
And nurture him

Noight.
Now I consider myself a bit of an authority on Irish sufi dancing, and I did not know that....especially since Cundall;P comes from Manchester.......

Bridge, did you REALLY ride throughout the middle east on a horse? How exotic! Please please tell us all about it.
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

A swiss ball (from $30) is a cheap, simple, and excellent core training accoutrement. Just sitting on the fecker for a few minutes will force your core/tummy muscles to work to balance you. There are heaps of straightforward, simple and effective core strengthening exercises you can do today with a swiss ball. Pilates and yoga etc are of course other options, but that can usually mean transporting ones funky ass somewhere. Roll out a swiss ball from the corner and sit on it while ya type here. Plenty of exercise video's free on you tube.
Hope your back'll be okay Missy. Why is it out? I know you exercise a bit.
Blue sky's here. Have a great day Bridgee, Happs, Rags, Missios, and all to follow.

You really are the picture of Zen at the moment Mr G:H
By the way Sunny
I've recently had inexplicably sore feet which I was advised to treat with proper orthopaedic shoes. Seems to be doing the trick, even if I do look like my own Grandmother. I was getting around in those flat summer type sandles with a few grandious spangles on them to differentiate from thongs, if you know what I mean???
A few days in and my feet already feel better. Especially with baby Undie on board it might be worth it for last trimester...or even some Colarados or similar? If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?
