    Happy Friday arvo to all. Have been to the osteo and have been manipulated back into shape. I can now sit down and stand up again which is a great relief. Ironically, he thinks that this may have happened as a result of my taking the anti-inflammatory arthritis tabs, which have reduced the pain in my left hip and given me so much more movement ...... today it is my right-hand side that is "out" - and it may just be that in my celebration of being pain-free I've overdone it and my right side (having adjusted over the past 18 months to reduced flexibility) is having to get used to a new regime. Anyway, the osteo is off on holiday for the next 6 weeks, so I was lucky to get to see him and he has given me some exercises to do that will hopefully assist.

    If anyone is in Wellington next weekend, come to see Mr B and I performing in this

      Glad to see you are feeling better today. Bad pain is the worst.

      The relief....I have perfect internal organs and I want to keep them that way. My injury is just ligament.

      Sebastian is nothing, you should see some of the monsters in my sons class. I didn't know children could be so misbehaved until I met them.

        Hey Roos, called in sick and just woke up from a 2 hour nap. Was feeling sickies coming on and with parents here in48 hours I was not taking any chances.
        Lots of action in here.
        MB, glad you got to the dr, exercises do help.

                          Been a quiet day here (erm,well it's quiet every day! but a slower pace & subsequently less frantic work) & lovely sunshine, perfect temps of 26-30 over past week. Just noice.
