Happs - got another reason to dislike giraffes. My friend who is a very nice giraffe burns nearly twice as many calories as me at the gym. She can indulge in chocolate every night, no diet for this giraffe. I don't mind being short but would love to be able to eat more without gaining.

There is a sugar thread around here somewhere started by 'Deebee' i think. (in Holistics thread?)Doggygirl may've started one too, as there is thought to be a connection with confectionary/sweet stuff/sugar and booze cravings, hence some folk around here are minimising, if not deleting sugar from their diets. Mario and Doggygirl come to mind.

(P.S. Reckon i've just broken an annoying little cycle i've found myself in recently. Day 11 and heading for a month, then it's game on.)
