LMAO. No, I expect to be able to put full weight on my leg by the time I leave. BTW, I'm going to give the dough a try. Thanks TF!

That looks yummy Tawny! What do you use for filling?? It looks like spinach and fetta to me, but I also like a lamb mince one ......... the best one I ever ate was in Canakkale, at 5am in the morning, waiting for the bus to do the obligatory Undie tour of Gallipoli. (I dont mean that in a cynical way - it was incredibly moving).

I am gluten free (and trying to be carb free) for March in an effort to lose a few cms and kms before I have to put my glad rags on for the wedding. But I'm storing up some thngs to cook when I get back - hot cross buns mainly, as doing this the day before Easter has become an office tradition. But I might add gozleme to the list!

Techie ..... I want yoooouu-oouu to show me the way :H:H Glad you are up to putting some weight on it so quickly - just goes to show how being healthy shape roolly roolly helps the recovery process

Sunny - enjoy Cairns ... one of the most gorgeous places on earth. If I ever get a terminal illness (of course one that will leave me quietly fading away rather than suffering immense pain!) I plan to live out the rest of my days there

And congrats to all those peeps racking up their AF time :goodjob:

Know what you mean. Went to Gallipoli and cried my fool head orf. For days.

Gozleme filling was a fairly dry, (not sloppy) mince meat/onion/garlic/cumin with spinach, pine nuts and feta.

Gozlemes are on my to do list. Might try some this weekend. Tawny, you need a thermomix, it kneads it to perfection in 2 minutes.

Am going to make toad in the hole tonight. Had a look at Jamie's recipe and the photo doesn't look very enticing. But the kids love yorkshire puddings and sausages so I reckon they will still eat it.

Sunny, I hope you are enjoying your family. My family came to visit when I was at the same stage of my first pregnancy. It was really nice to enjoy that time with them before the baby arrived with me being the fussed over child.

                      Oh my God yes.....

What's in the dough, and what's in the filling????

OMG yum........and I like the look of your pickles in the background......and I like all of your food ....and your plates and platters.....and your house....and I still want to come and live with you.....
