Geez Froggy, if you kept stacking wood higher, you'd just need to throw a roof on, and voila! there's another house. It's likely a similar building angle i'll go when i get acreage. i.e. dump a shack on it, then build the serious dwelling slowly but surely nearby. Hope you don't get too many snakes nosing around in there.

WOW. Must be sproing-fest today.
Beautiful cool sunny Autumn day today. Up early with bucket sized mug of coffee, wrapped up in pashmina on the deck reading novel. Bliss.
Off for a nice alfresco lunch in the medium big place.

Hope you feel heaps better today Cori dorry. We all have our sad and perhaps regretful days. Would be great if they just went away with the booze, but sadly not.

Hey Mr.G - was listening to The Music Show on Radio National this morn - apparently Stefan Grossman is doing a guitar workshop at Albert Park Yacht Club next Sat ... not that I'm suggesting you need it ... but ... he could just have something stunning to impart.

Nah nah nar. They almost got it right. On the day, i'm doing a workshop for kiddies on the perils of boozing on the water, Reggie's giving knot tying lessons, and Grossman's behind the barby. Well, he volunteered. As it happens though, we might just rip out a few tunes whilst we're there. Thanks.

Noice run in the grey drizzle today, then lunch wit crumpi. North Melbourne is a grand old part of town.

Geez...why are men such a #$%$#%# in the rear!!! Tension in the mojo household is at an all time high. DH even said this arvo when we were out...and I quote.. 'do you mind if I get some beer', to which I reacted WTF (in the nicest possible way..not), which he took as an attact on him (eveything is an attack on him)..and he responsed..'Well I never was going to give up forever, I was just doing it to help you. AL is not important to me, I dont have a problem like you'...thanks for the support D##$%head! Anyway he did not get any..great evening spent in silence on the couch together. How come this never happened when I was drinking! FFS

OK..am off DH bashing soapbox..better head to bed, no one is around to chat and it is midnight.

Hi folks. A sad morning was had by me. Made coffee and took the dogs out in the yard. The pool motor sounded off. I checked the skimmer basket and found two baby bunnies in it. I know the coyotes chase them but it was sad. Well, I hope your day started off better !?

Oh Techie, that is so sad :upset:

HAd a great day yesterday ...... feeling like I am starting to wind down for the start of my holiday! We got to the airport super early so we didn't have to rush anything and had time for a leisurely coffee and read of the paper before we flew off. Then had a very pleasant afternoon chatting with my niece, before heading off to CS&N.

Tawny, you have a treat to look forward to on Thursday!! It was a decent two and a half hours, some new songs that I really liked and quite a few of the old classics. Stills and Nash's voices are a bit ... shall we say ..... less full-throated than in the past, but Crosby is still magnificent. But Stephen Stills guitar playing is still absolutely stunning. All in all a great evening had by all - although the venue was complete crap and there were a few bogans who got drug and made dicks of themselves. As they do.

Mojo, hope you and Mr Mojo have got your joint mojo back!

Thanks for reportage Missy, and glad youse had a good time. I forgot to add that Crosby will be at the Albert park yacht club doo, speaking to the kiddies with Grossman, S. Reg, and me next weekend. Crozzers loves his barbecued veggie sushi.

Happs, it was the brownies that made you feel out of sorts i reckon. Exercise is a beaut antidote, isn't it Bridge?

Hope things are a bit chirpier for you today Mojo! Maybe hubby doesn't really understand the depths of your addiction, no matter how we explain it? Dunno, i'm not defending him.
