oh Nora, I have lotsa trouble swallowing some foods, especialy if I have been drinking prior day...told my doc last time.. he told me try prilosec which did work but quit takin it...my brother has esoph cancer right now and going through chemo, he doesnt drink...anyway, I have been having trouble for many years...I worry about it some..

Gotta doc appt for colonoscopy at 915 and dont wanna go. Just wanna day off to do laundry and stuff. Pouncer had a coughing fit and then something like the hiccups for awhile. She is too fat and I wonder if she has something the matter with her...hmmm gotta decide about doc or not..

Go on, Bird. It's painless and you never need another. I understand about staying home, the last two days have wrecked me with the travelling.
Heard on the weather yest the pollen had reached an all time high count. I can confirm that, since my yard is yellow, and Hubs just called to ask if we have any allergy medicine at home. He used to have allergies so bad his nose would actually swell, and lots of mornings I'd wake up to find him lying on his back in bed with tissue sticking out both nostrils. His eyes turn so red he looks like someone punched him, too. He's mainly allergic to pecan pollen, and the plant where he works is in the middle of an old pecan orchard! I just hand him some Advil, tissues, and a clothespin.
It is SO beautiful here, though. The wisteria is almost ethereal the way it covers old places. I have to keep mine pruned since it will take over the yard.
Have a little titmouse who has decided to mate with it's reflection in the office window. I'm afraid he's going to hurt himself.
Anyway, it IS nice to just be at home today. Going out to buy some plants tomorrow, and dig some up down at Aunt's old house. The people there are just enthralled with all the things coming up and blooming, but have no idea between a weed and a good plant. He asked if he should weed-eat the flower bed, and I practically screamed!!
Gotta get busy. Was chastised again yesterday to reduce stress, so I told him the best thing for that was for him to move his office closer to me! Don't know about the injections he wants to do for my back - I hate anything invasive as long as I can tolerate the pain.
Nora, good luck with the potty training, but my Chi was a breeze, especially compared to the Jack Ass Russell Terrorist. She's 8, and STILL I spend every day mopping up behind her. She stand NEXT to Tinker's puppy pads, and insists on going under my breakfast room table. She's the only dog to EVER make me want to support animal cruelty!

Hello everyone -not really enough time to read back - it is difficult when you are staying with someone to spend a long time on the computer! Let alone leave a trail of the My way Out website!! I am at my aunts now in London. Time has gone by SO fast! It is a double edged sword - I miss my home back there but am going to be sad to leave. I miss you lot too. Just wanted to pop in and say hi to you all - who is peeing on your leg Nora? LOL !!! Lovely that you have wisteria Ruby! There are lots of old houses up here just covered with it and they look beautiful. I will have to read back when I get back - it wouldn't be polite to be on the computer for that long right now!! Hi peeps.....I am staying home today bc I am butt tired and just felt like it, Bret is lounging next to me. He feels somewhat better, but is kind of dragging.
Fen- I am washing my hands love.
STaying home helps me rejuvenate. I love my job and my family there, but my nest is where I can hide and read and sleep or just listen to the birds.

Bird...go get the roto rooter done. it's no fun, but important. Fen and I both had one in the last year.

Great news! Friends g'daughter, after 8 hours of surgery, is doing well, and they got 99% of the tumor. It was on her brain stem. Now she'll be treated with chemo, etc. Diane, my friend, did the sweetest thing for her. She brought her own bridal tiara and put it on the little girl. She posted a picture of her sleeping with it on, and it was just precious. The child said she felt like a princess. I thank you, and I told Diane I was spreading requests for prayers, and she thanks you and the hundreds of others who sent up prayers yesterday. There are still miracles.
The little bird just knocked his ass out on the window! For something so tiny it sounded like a gunshot!
We miss you Sun, but hope you're having a blast and making great memories.

Maybe you should tape some glittery stuff on the outside of your window before the poor bird kills himself. He's trying to kick his own ass, as it's mating season and he's feeling territorial. He sees a handsome male in his territory!
