Welcome Jessie. Use your fall to really examine how it happened. Go back and think of the days before it and your thoughts, because that's when the problem started. Keep plugging. It doesn't matter how many times we fall, but how many times we get up.
Well, no one much around yesterday when I could talk, so I guess when ya'll thought I was safely gone you show up!:H Bird, I've said it before, and I'll say it again: You walk to your own drummer. Literally! You're misleadlingly quiet in person, but you fill each day with something new. I think you really belong on a farm, or maybe a commune! :H Again, the pic on Fb of your chick was beautiful.She's growing into such a lovely young lady. Can't wait to see ya'll again, tho of course I can't keep up with you.
Nora, so glad you were strong last night. And you are too today, aren't you? Don't know it you could make it in the wilderness though. How's the family? Still making progress I hope. I do understand about your husband pushing your buttons tho. Hubs gets home about 7 PM, has to eat immediately and it can't be something that will give him heartburn, then goes to bed at 8. Leaves at 5 AM while I'm sleeping. During the 10 minutes I MIGHT have to talk to him, he wants quiet so he can decompress, watch a little TV. Last night I wanted to ask him about something I wanted us to do together and he came unglued in the middle of my first sentence, so I told him to just go to bed, I didn't want to listen to him. :bat I'm basically single.
Fen, missed you yesterday. I love Bill Kliban. When I was a child, there was a drugstore on the courtsquare with and old fashioned soda fountain, a beautiful big oak phone book, and a miniature soda fountain-style table and chairs for kids to sit and read comics from the spinning rack beside it. I still miss the ice cream cones, milk shakes, grilled cheese sandwiches, and their fabulous egg salad. These days I LOVE Gary Larson.
Zen, we all appreciate what you've done to support Bird and her video to get the word out. I still think she has the most talent of any of them.
Gotta decorate my balls now. Will post a pic of them later.
