Hi Sugarbeet - we welcome another Irish Cadet to the Army :welcome:
I'm newish here too and afraid still having small affair with AL.
But I swear not nearly as much as I was imbibing before I came here again after Christmas. Stay here and they will look after you.
When you hear them saying they are AL free for nearly a year it's gives you great hope that it can be done.
I am doing a tapering thing - and hope to be able to just be a moderate (when I go for a meal ) type drinker and I am optimistic since coming here. I did at the weekend & was thrilled.

Off for afternoon tea with friends befitting my status as an elder stateswoman.
