zenners, i go to visit jim, when i can , i mainly do free weights to build upper body strength and chest area, then abdominal work and the rowing machine, i do interval training on the rower
then on the dyas i cant make the gym i do some quick press ups and chest exercises and situps.I love people who make me laugh. I honestly think it's the thing I like most, to laugh. It cures a multitude of ills. It's probably the most important thing in a person.
