Oh I am Ms Zen ................... it's Friday - we've moved office in work from a dingy location to a location with a HUGE panoramic window where I can see the Wicklow Mountains in the distance - it's GREAT !!! Sun streaming in today.
Wonder could I up load a picture ?
Small things make us happy eh ?

Zennie - I forgot to tell you that I have used that pork spice mix you sent me a couple of times and it made the pork chops lovely and tender as well as yummy. I hadn't used them much til lately due to Mr. Stirly having to have a lighter diet. But I've used them over the past couple of weeks and they were great. I didn't realize til I opened the first one that they actually had the baking bag in the packet. I've never seen anything like that before. So I thank you and Mr. Stirly thanks you. And Freddie, too. The bones were even tastier than usual.
