    SUNDAY GREETING

    HI Everyone

    Just cheecking in to say all is well here in beautiful NC. I am in the middle of a Zen project-clearing my place of unnecessary objects. It is truly amazing to see the amount of stuff one can accumulate. I mean for God's sake how many candles do a person need? IT is a great feeling though. A lot of my stuff will be sold at a local vintage shop where the split is 70/30
    so it's a good deal for me.
    I'm not sure if I mentioned it but I bought a new car last weekend. Very nice with all the good stuff-I figured I deserve it. It will make the trip to my hometown a lot nicer.

    EVERYONE--I couldn't make it without this site. Well maybe I could....but it's beena lifesaver for me.

    I'm starting to feel that another big change is coming but I don't think it will prompt me to want to drink. The thought of drinking still is kind of sickening. BUT I am leaning toward stopping my realtionship with the bf. I'm starting to see it as a dead-end situation that can't progress to a reasonable conclusion. Don not ask me what a reasonable conclusion would look like-I just thought that sounded good. LOL

    My daughter called me from the aircraft carrier last night and I didn't get the call. She is still in the Strait of Hormuz area and seems to be handling this long deployment well.

        Hey Ann - have been looking for you - glad to see your post!

        Whaddya think about Antabuse for the breakup? I ordered some to have on hand for big time emergencies. I want to do this without drugs because I don't want to trade one addiction for another......but I think it's a great tool to get us started, or to help us through an unusually tough situation. Hang in there..........you were so disappointed with yourself last time........I know you don't want to drink. And you know it won't make things better. We're going to have to be able to navigate tough situations since they're inherent in life......Anyway, I hope you have a nice visit when you go back home. And, how fun to get a new car........very renewing isn't it?!

          Hi! I wanted to ask you about the antabuse. Did you get it online? I thought you said you did.
          If so which one? And do you think if I order it I can get it by Friday?
          Sounds desperate I know. I don't feel like drinking, don't think about it much but it may not be a bad idea.
          The breakup will probably be later today. I know it's the best thing, and I'm not one to give ultimatums but things just are not right. If I want to go out I can; people ask me quite often.
          So we'll see. I'll probably regroup alone for a while.
          This purging of unnecessary objects is very freeing too. Lots more to do and I just can't see being attached to things. My guitars,some art of mine and others, a few candles,music. The necessities to be comfortable are really all I need. This is going to be interesting.

            Ann, I ordered from River Pharmacy online. But it took at least two weeks - maybe even a little longer. That's where several people here have gotten theirs. I'm going to PM you.
