It's been nigh on 30 years since I've seen that kind of snow. We've gone to snowy areas of Greece in the winter but nothing like that. The horsies seem to be having a great time in the snow. I made lupini beans for the first time yesterday. It's an Italian thing. I bought the beans in a jar, not dried as that's too much hassle, and marinated them with garlic, onion, olive oil and caraway seeds. And ate the feckin lot apart from two or three that are left in the bottom of the tupperware. They are supposed to marinate for 24 hours but I couldn't wait that long. Guess I'll buy another jar later...Piggy, piggy. Just kidding. I love beans in any form.
