          Ma is very sad that was the last of her brothers out of 9, 2 sisters left. 12 in all. his life, But he came home every year.Don't know whether i can go over or not ? waiting for details.

                Thanks Jackie I have an envelope at the ready as I would hate to miss anyone and hurt their feelings!!

                I think we piss other people off unintentionally often enough?

                Mr A thinks I am addicted to sleep--so while I am worrying about being addicted to exercise others see something else.

                Anyway I am not addicted to running as I would quite happily lie about today but as I have a marathon next month I had better get out and run a mile or two.

                      Good morning Army!!!

                      Just a quick fly-by from me.

                      Oney - please get yourself to a doctor and get some blood work done. You may have something like a vitamin deficiency or something that can easily be dealt with. No point in putting it off any longer.:l

                      Sorry for those of you with commuting problems. It's about a 45 minute drive to our store. The neighbourhood we used to live in was less than half the distance that we travel now but it would take us up to an hour and a half on rainy days. Now it's much better. Still a long drive, mind you - 40 kilometres - but at least it's not start and stop traffic. That burns a lot of gas.

                        Now I may be well off the mark here but it may be he has some issues of his own.

                        Shame you can't get a group photo of the Army and tell him that we are all alkies. Especially that fabulous looking one with blond hair (me ).

                          You can be addicted to exercise and sleep - I am to both, and use sleep to escape from life. Both these addictions are much better than alcohol or drugs, they bring positive things to you. Nowt wrong with them, and anyone who cares won't give a stuff if you sleep or exercise, so long as you aren't being a drunken alcoholic.
                          I used the Sinclair Method to beat my alcoholic drinking.

                          Drank within safe limits for almost 2 years
