Army Thread Wednesday 7th March
Hello army, I'm sorry I've not been around, a combination of being busy, jobs in the house, iffy Internet and other rubbish have all conspired against me.
I haven't got much time now cos gotta go and visit Mr Sooty's friend who's not well, but I'll be back later and will catch up on comings and goings then
have a good day folks, the sun has got his hat on here but it's v v windy.

Marathon training doing Ok I did 18.5 for my long run on Sunday and will try 20 on Saturday.
It might all sound like a lot but not so long ago I could not even run for a bus
So anything is possible just start off with slow, short runs so as not to get discouraged, and build it up from there. I guess you know that anyway.
Anything is better than the booze:goodjob:

I couldn't run 20 steps, I kept getting a stitch
As Anon says, slowly and short distances to start with
I do 2 miles now, but I'm quite fit. Plan a route and run short bits of it and walk the rest?I have a drink problem, I have been AF since 15 March 2011 and I am working hard to stay that way
