Got great tip for constipation from 'Damien Devil Boy' my Gym trainer ................ large soupspoonful of raw linseeds (flaxseeds) in water and knock back like a shot - morning and at night.

Swear to god - now up to 3-5 times a day on loo. The seeds work like an internal brush and sweep all the 'crap' ( excuse the pun ) toxins etc through your system...... excellent.

Oh well done Anon on the marathon training you are bang on target I would think! They tell you to cut back on the long runs in the last few weeks don't they?

I never did a marathon but did quite a few halfs and the atmosphere was great, you'll have a fab time.

I've been putting ice on the knee and I bought a support, I've been walking but am avoiding anything twisty-turny cos that hurts! It's getting better, I'll try zumba tomorrow and see how I get on. If it plays up I'll stop. I'm trying not to give in to it too much cos I have this fear that if I don't keep moving I'll seize up altogether.

I was just googling flax seed satz! Very interesting, I do sprinkle them on salads cos I know they are good for you.
