Satz - great that the flaxseed (linseed) works for you. I've read tho' that it benefits you much better if it is ground. You can do it in the blender. Otherwise it exits in the same state it entered. If you get my drift...

Sooty, I hope that you can get through that Zumba class with your bad knee. I have one that complains a bit and I'd be afraid to try Zumba.
