Afternoon all its a lovely sunny day here i need to get showered and out for a walk but i'm still not feeling great either still hungover but drinking lots of water. I feel tired also. The walk might do me good. Wishing you all a nice sunday.

Hi Inchy Zen and oners. That was some night with bag Zen but lucky ut wasn't permantly ruined or i too much stuff didn't get destroyed. It was lovely and sunny up to about 2 o clock but got dull after and it fgeels cooler. I didn't get out for a walk but i'm planning to go to an AA meeting locally that i attended a few years ago. I'm going to go to about 3 to 4 a week. I don't do the steps i just find listening to people's stories helpfull. Going to have a shower and wash my hair shortly.

better than ever with the wife actually, he's goign to his gp on tuesday to try and get some help/counselling to deal with his issues, but we're certainly even closer than before which is great, he's also quit drinking which is nice to see
