    Evening all got back from meeting just before 10. Was glad i went and good to get back into it. Thanks for advice Molly on the rehab i think a few places take merdical card holders but limited places. I can't really do in patient rehab for a month as i cudn't get anyone to mind my cats for that long and they r quite young. Welcome home to Jackie. Well done Recie on 61 days. Thats tragic about your friend Panno that cud be any of us if we keep drinking. Going to get in to my pjs and flick around tv for a bit.:television:

      Oh that food sounds yummy Zen i've never made meatloaf either another dish i must try. was just thinking about tabbers and Mario also no sign of them today.

              been thinkign alot about rehab lately, not that i coudl ever do it but still, its in my head xD
              I have faced it, a life wasted, and I am never going back there again

                    it was Mollers, her diet is appalling , a million times worse than mine. She has it down to 6.5 tho.
                    Robs is something wank like 4,2.

                            no clue about my cholesterol or any of that stuff, I knwo I eat badly and drink too much so probably somethign amazing xD
