                          Hi Guys,

                          Sorry I was Awol, had a class last night.

                          I have decided that I meed to do some inner child work and get all the nasty stuff out over the next week weeks, obviously I still have a lot buried and I keep sweeping it away and sdaying I will deal with it later and time is slipping away from me, I am sick of blaming things on my past, nothing I do now is because of my past but it's easy to pin the blame there and it is HARD to carry anger, hurt and resentment around like a ball and chain so I am getting rid and purging it once and for all.

                          I have the girls from class coming for coffee this morning and then we are off to a local holistic shop and then lunch, bringing My Mia with me because she loves stuff like that and talks to the angels lol.

                          Tipps, glad your Mum is settling in.

                          Ktab, wish you had text me but then again, as you said, when we want to drink, we don't check in here. Pity you had to lose those days but glad to see you are back on the wagon.
