Good morning Troopers.
Just a quick note from me as I had to send a PM and now I'm kinda out of time. Lots of housework and cooking on the list of things to be done today.

morning all,
so sorry for all my selfish posts, meant to be a support group and all I do is whine about me....sorry
and YES you are ALL right in what you say to me..
I am in a shit place and must get back on the straight and narrow..
next monday I have meeting with the psycholgist for AL and gonna be honest with her.. on wednesday have appointment with doc for AL and Bonnie's coming with me gonna ask for "colme" it cyanide which can be deadly mixed with AL or anything with ethenol in so no more perfume, vinegar etc....and espsially NO booze...
god I've gotta get my head back together.....it's all gone pearshape upside down
