              I hope this doesnt sound crass but I guess the lows help show us what is important in life, to put things into perspective and to cherish the tiny joyful things all around us like a small child's smile or the sound of morning birdsong.....

                            Ps Got them results form my full body check up I got done 2 weeks ago,One healthy male here,No liver or lung diseases,just a little tad over weight which I am working on,Not bad for a teenager :-)
