I developed Lactose Intolerance over the past 5 or so years, WHILE I was drinking every day. I could eat or drink anything dairy and would subsequently have an upset stomach. Today, it occurred to me that I've been eating and drinking dairy with no side effects. Hmmm. Did the AL cause the intolerance to dairy?
