Still reading just not posting as much for some reason at the moment...Sadly Lou your running partner has run out of steam..While i'm not drinking every night i have been about once a week..However i have noticed your in marathon fitness at the moment which is really good to see...I've seen you plug at this for quite a while now and to see you doing so well and keep doing so well is magic..

Aw Macks...so lovely to hear from you....listen mister even if your slippin a little once a wk your still my running partner...i'll just have to run without you on some days. Keep your chin up mister, ill be waiting in my Reeboks when your ready...you just take care and look after yourself, you deserve to be happy. and dont go dissapearin again...even if you aint completely AF you should know by now that theres no shame in that here.....Love ya millions
