Evening guys, i think imgonna go back to the abstaining, drinking a bit too much again, not loads but enough to go backdown a slipperry road, so gonna try to stop again

Just a quick check in before bedtime. It has been a busy week-end with the kids.
Good for you Pinky knowing you should abstain. Better to stop now before it gets out of control or you do something you regret.:l You have so much going for you that it would be a shame to let al screw it up for you. x

I think its the easiest thing Pinky,moderating is a head fooker!! I find moderating is best described by the Jason Vale acronym CANT...constant and never ending torment! Amen tothat,its wayyy more hassle than its worth! Good luck to you Pinky :l

Oney,I hope your day went well but I wanted to mention something to you. Before I came back this time round I was reading the posts for a few weeks and you had a avatar that was a clock that said 'urges pass' and I wanted to let you know that you have no idea how much that has helped me get this far this time. Urges do pass!! They really ,really do ,and when you emerge the other side of them triumphant, the way you feel is priceless.I had strong urges this avo cos it was such an amazing day but I got through them and I feel so delighted and happy that I did not cave! I just wanted to thank you Oney for doing something that you had no idea about,its amazing how things like that can and do help people , the smallest things can help so much.:l

Hard weekend for Whizzy but light at end of tunnel in sight. Lots of pain but been in hospital with some lung damage from rib. Seems OK now. Been reading back lots going on. Off to bed in a minute:l

Great post Ms Limers ! It's just some small thing that someone says or does that strikes a cord with us ! I agree this country at the first sign of sun goes mental. Beer gardens packed today and big red necks and faces everywhere tomorrow
