    Advantages and disadvantage of counting AF days

    I let my phone count for me, and I have to actually check it to see where I'm at. My sober date means nothing to me, it's just the day I finally quit, for the last time. I'm also counting down the days until I turn 4-0 so maybe I'm just obsessed with counting things. LOL

      Hey hey!

      Yes! I put the aa sobriety calculator on my blackberry, so whenever I need encouragement or somebody asks me how long I've been sober I just open the link and Presto! I check every now and then not daily anymore...
