Just be very, very careful that you don't get alcohol poisoning and kill yourself buddy, ok?

Be careful of how much alcohol you drink and put into your body. It doesn't take much alcohol to give us alcohol poisoning and kill us, so take it easy.

Drink water regularly, and try to eat something healthy in small amounts.

I have been through relationship breakup too, and i know the emotional pain and thoughts can be very difficult to handle, but with time, getting off the booze, and looking after ourselves, we can get through it. Hang in there.

Scan I'm really worried about you drinking so much and avoiding the hangover is not a reason to poison yourself like this! Please if anything start tapering down today, get rid of the spirits buddy - they are just too easy to guzzle down. When you wake up today or tomorrow, please drink water and eat something! have a couple of cups of coffee and forget the beer breakfast, you'll feel much better for it. If you have to keep drinking until April 4th then don't do it like this, it's just too dangerous!
