How was your weekend? Did you do anything fun? Mine was very uneventful, but that's a nice change from how they used to be...full of chaos and drunken happenings. Now for the million dollar question...did you take your AB today?

K9: Weekend was ok. If I had not been on Antabuse I would have drunk for sure! Actually a few times I regretted taking it. But now I am of course very happy about not being able to drink

Today I went to ThaiBoxing and got a good beating from a Latvian guy. My head still feels weird hehe I did both beginner and intermediate classes in succession. Had I drunk any the last days then two classes after each other would be absolutely impossible, so I am very happy!

But my sleep schedule is absolutely FUBAR. I get some kind of "sleepyness attacks" where it is absolutely impossible for me not to lay down on the sofa a little bit. I know I just have to kick my own ass and don't do it, but I have not been successfull in doing that yet. So now its in the middle of the night, and I am going to watch Game of Thrones.

And K9Lover: Thanks for asking wether I took my Antabuse, its extra motivational for me knowing that you think about it also Especially since I cannot tell any of my friends of family

Thanks for checking in and assuring me that you took your AB...I'm gonna be your nagging co-ABer (wow that made no sense, lol).

Now we have to get you on a sleep schedule...have you tried Melatonin? And also, don't fall asleep on the couch, make a mental effort to get ready for bed, lay down and let your body relax. Have you ever tried relaxation CD's? They work wonders, I use them along with Melatonin every night.

Did you pop that pill today? I did...so I hope you did too!
