        Morning Missy, doodyheads, noodleheads, and those in my favourite place, the cheap seats,

        There is a very strange man running around the boards calling himself the Seer..........i think the bloke's a couple of cows short in the top paddock meself.

        I take it the scaffoldings down now Missy, so you can wander around in yer pj's at any hour? I love your post about you spending less time working and more time on you, and having fun, or words to that effect. This should be our attitude to life anyway i reckon. Life is short, and i now choose my projects/committments more carefully. Of course, if we have a job we truly love, then that's not 'working', but instead, a great way to spend our time. Finding the balance etc....

        Wishing all a magical day, and strength, wisdom and peace to anyone doing it a little bit tough at the mo.

        Doing a tai chi and then a mindfullness session today with some folk as part of work, so looking forward to that. Our instructor is funny. Very good, but speaks like she's talking to kids on Playschool. e.g. 'Ahh, feel and notice your feet on the floor.........Ah, feel your breath as it comes in, then leaves your body.......Ahhh, feel your toes......what does it feel like?......are they warm?.......cool?........Ahhh, notice your buttocks where they touch the chair........ahh.......' Very funny. But we are learning time honoured and very useful techniques.

            Thanks, G. Hub's f'in' Jack Ass Russell Terrorist, Satan (Sadie) tripped me up 2 weeks ago on my morning dash to the loo, have a concussion, 4 broken ribs, bkacj eye with gash on face, and yesterday they discovered, a broken wrist. She acts like a squirrel in the middle of the road when spooked. Anyone want the dog from Hell? Cujo in a small package? Hound of the Baskervilles? I'll pay shipping!!!

                Ruby it was from Sea World on the Gold Coast, about half way between me and Sunnybum. Hope your ok after your fall?

                G man my yoga teacher tells us to feel our buttocks too...so long as it stops there and doesnt got to other body bits...

                Its looking like a ripper of a day people. straight line with dot under.
