Hope hes ok...is it a cold? give him acid drops, they sort of cut through the gunk and then you lick the sugar out of the bag. Thats if you havent spilt it all over the lounge and the lappie and your tissues and stuff. Working off the lounge is not fun.

And no on the broad beans. Too hot....as you know....

Manuka honey mixed with lemon juice, nuke it a bit and drizzle down throat when uncomfortable.

.....and Echinacea, standardised with Vit C added for both treatment and ongoing for prevention.
