You betcha Happs. And chilli is a great nasal passage clearer i find. What a combo yer garlic, chilli, ginger and chook soup is. You folks sure eat a lot of chicken. Them chooks'd be nervous i'm reckoning.

Noight all. Avocado and vegemite on seaweed rice crackers left out. Mud cake's going fast.

So Rags, when you assured me that that really was a replica of the Taj Mahal and the Hanging Gardens of Babylon that I could see from the spare bedroom, were you not being truthful?!

But the next ones along are definitely clean as I can see twinkly things out of them!!

Well, as Rags said, she took me and a few teddies for a Sunday drive in her stealth ferrari today. This woman drives like a Formula One racing driver. Screaming around tight winding corners, up and down mountains..... I swore we saw most of southern NSW in the time we were out.

Raggsy is a most acomplished hostess and a veritable mine of information about local flora and fauna. She even knows the latin names of all the plants, when I ask dumb questions like "what's that nice yellow flower?" or "what was that bird that just flew past?". She pointed out runny wombat poo, dead wombats (2), dead possums (1), rosellas and currongs (several), cockatiels (a bigflock) and really bad drivers (most of the other people on the road )

And tomorrow I get to met Sebastien!

      Has anyone planted broad beans?
Bridge I planted broad beans last year - they were a great sucess and I realy liked them. Made a yummy broad bean, betroot and cows feta salad. Mind you I had to eat it all by myself because no-one else liked it

Hope all the sick people are feeling better!

Didn't she crack onto the lack of wind movement and bird activity?
Good Idea though. Might use it.
        Well past Earth Hour.

        Blip......
If your 8 year old self met you, would they be proud?

It is most likely a diamond python. Probably living in the eaves where a bit of barge board is missing, or under the solar panels. But no convenient tree to climb up so it must climb the two storeys up the porch post.

I don't think Missy likes my driving. I had to help prize her hands from round the hand grip after we arrived at Berrima. Strange, she asked if she could open her eyes now that we'd stopped.

We had a very mediocre lunch at Berrima as the Stone Room wasn't open. Know when you start reading the menu you instinctively know you should leave? But I didn't. Which was silly, as just down the road there was a lovely cafe with white tablecloths and pearl necklaced dames in pink twin sets sitting at the tables sipping perrier water from delicate glassware.

Way back home was via Fitzroy Falls,

And Kangaroo Valley.... which was tres disappointing as it is getting a little run down and all the shops were closed.

But the Teddies found some shade while Missy and I went sploring.

Then back home via Berry. Didn't see Sebastian anywhere as we drove through.

Had a not my best effort dinner and Missy gone to bed as she's not feeling 100%.
Off to bed myself as very tired too.
                  See you tomorrow.

                            Morning Saucy and all Rooter's!

                            Ok everybody just CALM DOWN.

Yeah, yeah, it's true. Yes, i am training Jessica Watson for the upcoming 'Dancing with the stars' series. Brendan Fevola has been staying with me as a favour to the shows musical directors neice Meredith, just to keep an eye on him, which has made things a little awkward, but i must say so far, Fev's been the gentleman, and Jess? Well, she's just the best and is a shoe in.

                            Good to see you Cozza!

Thanks again for the pics Rags and Missy. Did youse drive all the way to Tower bridge? Wow!

Ooroo and have a safe, sober and magical one, as the treasure, the jewels, the glitter and glamour of an AF life unfolds before you.

got to gulp brekky and off to school.
Have put together a care package for Missy for the flight home... yummy berries plus some of the pate she bought and some Byron Bay wafers. And a tasteful nipkin in case she spills.

                              OK catch you later
