Techie, I haven't tried the kinesiology stuff, but have been meaning to check it out. The rest of this year is being dedicated to recovering some flexibility and motor function!

Techie - another question (which I could google, but much more interesting asking a real person!!) if one was to drive from Atlanta to Houston, how long would one leave and what sights would you want to see along the way??Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn

Bridge you'll be very proud of me. This morning I dropped my used coffee filter on the kitchen floor. Grounds everywhere. Rather than grab the dustpan, I swept then out into the back yard and into my oleander. I now feel qualified to discuss permaculture with you. I know it is only a small step but give me time.Outside of a dog a book is mans best friend. Inside of a dog its too dark to read

Buns are browning up nicely thanks Techie, and will be consumed as soon as this post is finished
I ike the look of the I-10, but we also want to go through Tennessee. My brother lives in Atlanta. so we might have to do it in two bites - one trip into Tennessee (taking in the Great Smoky National Park and Nashville) and the other doing the I-10.
This is a trip that Mr B and I have had planned for several years. It starts in NY and winds down the coast to my brother's place in Atlanta, and then across the south. We had the money saved but it got used up in stuff relate to his ex. When I put my back-pack on in Sydney last week, I felt suddenly full of determination that this year or next we will live this dream!! So tomorrow (once the easter eggs are bought ) we are on a very strict savings regime and hopefully will have a trip in September-October.Never give up, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn
