See above re the crusty white. It's unreal, but remember to wet your hands with water and rub the final dough wet before you shove into pan and then oven.

Young Denis (sigh!) is not really into Gaelic footy much, to be sure to be sure, & having spent 6 months in Sinny he is flummoxed ( ah yes got it in again) about Rugby fever & Aussie Rules fantaticism. Which is another tick in the box of approval

Bridge, I just buy the tempura coating at the store, and then add seasonings that I like. I have creole seasoning from America, salt and pepper, etc. It's easy and healthy

Hey there folks. I'm at Tatum Ranch getting ready to tee off. It is a golf 9 hole golf event for charity. We are last to start. I just put the glow stick in my golf ball. I've already tripped over the cart path not instilling confidence to my three pals. Dog help me, as I'm blind already. Wish me luck, or better yet improved night vision :H
