        Just realised this is my second weekend booze free and feeling fine! If I can get through my date tonight without drinking that'll be another first. (First dinner date - second date post coffee date.)

        Onward, upward!

        I found myself with that restless 'craving *something*' feeling out of the blue just a little while ago. Not alcohol necessarily, as even at my worst I wouldn't crave a drink at 10am on a Saturday...

        So, you know what, I'm gonna carve out some time from working today to head to the gym and get an endorphin high. Hopefully that'll help me stay strong and clear headed tonight too.

              Happs - I don't want to come across as a white flour supremacist but I say ... give it a go! No pics because it was prolly a tad on the underdone side of things but well worth persevering with.

              I shall not allow the lack of precipitation to flummox me. I shall be assuaged by my culinary gourmet and gourmand friends. ~assuaged~

                Will do Froglette, though I fear I am banned from the kitchen tomorrow as a result of the culinary frenzy the heavy precipitation caused me to embark on. Heavens, wasnt Mr Happs flummoxed! Apparently it is not good form to cook as though one is about to be surrounded by invading armies. I do sincerely hope dear TF that the culinary capers of all Undies have indeed assuaged your feeling of the SADS and indeed those of all Undies...
