You guys are so fun! It's nice to be able to come to a place that makes me smile. I saw a bumper sticker on a car today that said "My dog is smarter than your honor student" I enjoyed that! Sounds like many of us are close to the same age. Wonder if there are studies abouth 40-50ish women and alcohol. Of course, I've met much younger and older as well. Mom, Good to see you, Yes, we have fun. I just got of the phone with 2 grandsons (AB is too cool to talk to me more than a second). They were SO sweet, but told them I was rockin' a purple cast and they loved it! Told them I'm going to hang a cowbell and cinder block around Sadie's neck, and they really though it was funny.
Grateful, wish I was there to dig for you. Poor back! I was so hoping it was much improved.
Yes, it's broken, and they had to straighten it to set, so hurts 10x as bad now. I sorta knew it was probably broken, but so much else was so much a priority last time we just hoped it would go away. Doc looked at Hubs like he was a wife beater, and asked how I'd stood the pain. Tried to give me MORE pain pills, but told him I was good right now. All I need is to get zonked and fall again. Had another dozen x-rays, finally convinced him I wasn't hurt from hips down, and left after 2 1/2 hours. Stopped for dinner, grocery, drug store, and I was beat when we got home. Just now getting my wind back. OK, no more 'poor me'. (Hurts to type anyway).

Lost 3.5 mOre lbs since Friday-- probably worrying about my mother and her antics and my head hurting. Now only 40 lbs to go -- hee! Been getting riled up at a hit just put on my favorite hockey player-- truly feel like hitting someone myself-- I can see why peoPle find it an aggressive game. Just got somewhat over last migraine-- trying to lower that BP by Thursdays appt -- I know it will be high due to the lingering effects of the long term headache and white coat and I have to get blood work for the topamax and i am always scared of some issues with the liver or kidneys due to past health problems and the past drinking -- so it will be high.
Ruby-- a broken wrist too!! I once walked around with a broken foot for 2 weeks and Mark told me to stop whining. Luckily the doctor gave him lecture at the diagnosis.

Okay-- I need to go ride the elliptical-- I am seriously mad about that cheap hit on Marion Hossa!
