    yes...I take a hald a pill a night cause of the headaches it causes and I actually sleep like a baby!!
    I may try to up it, but I am so damn sleepy and it feels like my head will blow off....
    I should know about the Campral this week....it only cuases Naseau..oh joy!
    I love my family more than alcohol.:h

      Did you feel okay on AB Nora? If so, I agree with you - no skipping days - maybe start a thread and check in every day to make sure you take it - we will all remind you!!! And pester you when you haven't !! I remember I took Nal once - borrowed some from a friend - took it on my way home from work and didn't even want a drink when I got home. Maybe psychological. Have never tried it since. Hope you feel better love - go and lie down. Hugs to you :l

                  hey there folks ...all i can say is sorry i havent keep up with the thread ... and right now its hard ..doing so much to get up enought money to survive and having no ideal where im going or staying ... but all i can say at the moment im just tying my best to gather anything and everything together ..the way i can leave where i am and surive where sue and i may land up ...
                  so a big welcome to all the new ones and may all of you just do your best and keep going but one day at a time and thats what im doing ... love and big hugs sweet things

                          Hi Nora - I am doing okay - feeling more tired as the day goes on but will survive - am hanging in there. Will be in bed very early tonight I think!! Actually working on paperwork today which is good - haven't touched it in a while so it is good to finally get to it. I did my ironing the day or two before it happened so have clothes for work tomorrow - LOL. Just called to see who I have working with me tomorrow night and I have a good crew! Think I might have worried the manager though - he said "are you sure you will be okay?". I said I would be - just wanted to see who I had.

                            Won that one!! Figured out I had to place a ridiculous maximum bid, so every time she went up mine automatically went up a dollar more! Still got it for FAR less than I expected cause she fought to the last. Now I have another I've put $100 max on and it's only $16! Yay!!

                              LOL Yes, I am feeling tired and sort of out of it today. I started off okay - but must admit that I am not feeling too swift now. Still, I have a great crew tomorrow night so if necessary, can go in the back and just sit. Then am off Tuesday and have my Docs appt. With the doc that took me off the med - IF that has even been the cause of this - who knows! I don't think we will ever know.

                              Glad you got the book. Laughed at the way you did it - poor other person didn't know who she was up against did she??

                              Back to my paperwork - but nearly finished......
